I attended Harlem’s Studio Museum for its last Uptown Friday, a freebie fete filled with great music and eccentric dancing. This guy really wanted me to take his picture. He moved his arms with quite the flourish - two napkins in hand - as I scanned the dance floor for something worth photographing. The napkins give his apparent voguing a special effect, wouldn’t you say?
